- Perform Planning to secure sales and production visibility through improvement and stabilization of logic that provides (Return to Forecast).

Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand
forecasts.

♣ Working on SSR sheet monthly to match the stocks & Sakes with accurate closings.
♣ Working on seasonal, quarterly and yearly shipments plan.

♣ Managing the full Accounting cycle.
♣ Clerical, financial and Administrative support to both Lemonact & Micaza Co.
♣ Involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and corporate internal projects and tasks for top management and board.
♣ Interviewing junior employees, preparation of job descriptions and offers, conducting orientation programs for new employees, in addition to preparing their employment contract.
♣ Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement, based on
findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.).

♣ Preparing weekly cash flow statement for the CEO to show the cash flow until the end of the year with the current and upcoming projects, including head office expenses too.
