- Develop all HR department functions and activities  Working closely with the legal consultant, especially in issues related to the employees and the internal company's rules. .
- Responsible for taking disciplinary actions against those who exceed the internal policies
- Provide consultancy and expertise to, a cross-functional team of senior managers
