Build & Monitor Project Road map for Sales & Marketing (lead the planning and implementation of project; facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, project evaluations and assessment of results…etc.)
 Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
 Manage the preparation of Budget for Consumer business unit & Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
 Compare actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances
 Update the budget model as requested to account for significant changes in the business environment
 Participate & Coordinate in building Marketing and Sales Strategy by defining the master plan of Sales & Marketing (Sales planning, training plan, demand planning, tool requirements, …..etc.….)
 Monitor Strategic Objectives performance for sales & Marketing and prepare the main finding to be sent to concern for corrective action and take the proper action to assure its achievement comparing with Target .
 Perform costing studies & profitability of activities within the unit (cost of sales acquisition, service request cost of distribution, franchises, CC….)
 Monitor, analyze and report achievement against planned and communicate it with concerned for corrective action in case of negative deviation.
 Monitor and analyze the SLAs and highlight the deviation & prepare for revision.
 Participate in Market researches & studies by securing & monitoring the action plan & implement corrective actions after presenting each study
