• Ensure systematic evaluation of the nutrition status of all children from 6 to 59 months and pregnant/lactating women in Azraq Camp, while making sure that the most severe cases of patients are seen as a priority.
• Ensure quality service provision to malnourished patients, including children under the age of 5 years and pregnant/lactating women, particularly those with severe acute malnutrition (SAM) and moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) either at the clinic or through referrals to Jordan University Hospital.
• Ensure that nutrition products (RUTF) and (RUSF) following the National CMAM Guidelines are given to the patient accordingly to his/her nutritional status
• Ensure adequate technical support to all health staff present at the clinic in the identification of both moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) and SAM patients.
• Ensure complete and proper documentation of findings, treatment plans on the patients’ medical record and admission patient cards are completed for all children admitted into the nutrition program.
• Provide timely requests for nutrition supplies (RUTF) and (RUSF).
• Routine evaluation of the quality and calibration of equipment to ensure all materials are in good working condition.
