EIP was set up to offer a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where quality pre-insulated panel products can be manufactured with short delivery time using approved raw materials and skilled labour.
With the aim to provide the best quality products and service, EIP uses only high quality raw materials. The insulation foam comes from Germany, from global suppliers like Bayer and Elastogran and metal facings come with strict adherence to European norms.
The production line to combine the raw materials into the sandwich panel was brought from Germany, again, from the leader in its sector.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
-Coordinating with offshore agents concerning EIP's continued participation in different International exhibitions.
- Handling marketing calls and plans.
- Handling Exhibitions and Events preparations ( BIG 5, Saudi Agriculture, etc... )
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Meeting clients requirements in terms of price and delivery,
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and EIP needs.
- Preparing reports for head office.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Web and Social media planning and Execution.
- Responsible for editorial distribution and follow-ups.
- Managed media library and media list to ensure they were up-to-date and accurate.
- Developed strong media contacts across all verticals.
- Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
- Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
