In my role as Managing Director, part of my role was business development, within this role I built strong partnerships with many international pharmaceutical and Para pharmaceutical companies around the world and registered their products at the Ministry of public Health, thus ensuring the delivery of high quality products and services. I oversaw all the departments in the company, including sales, marketing, promotion, accounting, etc... As a a start-up, we built the company's forms, evaluation system, and worked on all aspects that contributes to the success we were aiming to achieve, particularly building the company's image.

In my role as an executive manager, I played a significant role in developing and growing the company from a start up to a mid-sized, profitable organization.
Co-led the company's tactical planning, with direct responsibility for the business development. I also oversaw other departments such as HR, training, and regulatory to insure proper functions and development at all levels. Co-started the pharmacy oncology unit along with another senior pharmacist. AUB-MC is a reputable private hospital that complies with the policies and regulations of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO)
• Capitalized on strong interpersonal skills to ensure a successful startup of the new oncology unit, establishing excellent working relationships with other stakeholders and promoting the critical role of the pharmacist in this new environment
• Developed written guidelines which defined basic procedures and safety measures in the unit and provided a quick reference for admixture preparation
• Coordinated with risk management personnel to ensure the appropriateness of the safety measures performed in the unit
• Worked along with health care professionals providing them with information and informational material with respect to administering drugs in the patient’s best interest
