 Partnering with aftersales and marketing team to define and lead spare parts supply chain strategy.
 Overall transparency on demand & supply chain - provide the sales team with the information of supply constraint in advance to alter weekly sell-in to trade plan.
 Ensure the analysis of demand trend & correct the forecasting error to minimize the planning error at the chain. Take proactive decisions to minimize stock outs and improve first pick for spare parts operation
 Provide information on end of life & replacement models to sales team, led to necessary changes are adopted at S&OP tool. Proper action plans develop to liquidate stocks and minimize provisions
 Provide data, schedule and conduct customer-specific demand consensus meetings with sales to gain organizational alignment. Based on this, shares supply visibility/information with main stakeholder.
 Provide guidance on new launches: Main KPI, Forecasting Accuracy and Stock coverage.
 Technical support to sales team in developing sales organizer and special programs
 Analyse the sell thru plan submitted by the Regional Sales Manager, considering sales trends and other sales inputs like service campaigns, seasonal campaigns, schemes, AMC etc.
 Detailed product parts catalogue study and recommended parts list creation with inventory plan
 In charge of end to end logistics activities for 20+ manufactures around the globe (Sea/road/air)
