o Assisting with client queries, RFPs, onboardings and testing
o Assisting in preparation of service models for new initiative, bespoke client requirements
Project Management
o Delivery of changes by coordinating across internal dev, custody, funds, middle office teams
o Project tracking, risk and issue management as well as stakeholder reporting
Vendor Management
o Onboarding new vendors by ensuring proper due diligence and paperwork
o Prioritization of deliverables, vendor governance and internal compliance
• Leading team of 7 C++ resources for developing and delivering market access solution
