- Leading efforts in projects schedules development, critical path method (CPM) analysis, WBS determination, effective resources allocation, Progress reporting and earned value management
- Review the project schedule with senior management and internal stakeholders directly impacted by the project activities; maintain, revise and update the schedule as required on an ongoing basis
- Develop project plans, schedules, accurate milestone reports and established resources loaded planning schedules.

- Review and approve invoice verification for payment certificates preparation for Subcontractors
- Review and consolidate projects change and variation orders logs and prepare relevant reports
- Identify, analyze and monitor schedule deviations for assigned disciplines or specialties including subcontractor submittals and recommended corrective action/work-around solutions for project considerations.
- Assist in preparing cash flows and manpower histograms for projects
- Delay analysis including time impact analysis (TIA), as planned vs as built, and window analysis, report preparation for arbitration proceedings
- Assist in preparation of EOT(Extension of Time) Cost Claims
- Close progress monitoring of critical material deliveries and long lead items in full collaboration with the procurement department based on project schedule and site requirement
- Develop the schedule review in the monthly progress and similar reports.

 Releasing the job instructions for the production centers and preparing the production schedules.

WRC Project is a 1 Billion USD construction project aimed for the reconstruction of 260 non-identical residential buildings in Beirut

Position: Planning engineer

- Prepare overall construction program, monitor project progress against planned schedules, conduct analysis in the change of contract scope / delay, if any, etc
- Integrate third party schedules into the Master Project Plan
- Design project EPS and OBS
- Design Project WBS and assign activity codes
- Prepare the Base line Project Schedule
- Validate all schedules upon submission by the contractors and approve all subsequent progress/updates
- Identify, monitor & streamline of critical paths running through the Project Master Schedule and individual contracts
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead programs, bar charts, S-curve, etc
- Prepare Change Control Reports and highlight the influence of each change request on project time and cost.
- Identify the root cause of any delay event and report the same to the Project Manager with recommended corrective action.
