Responsible for monitoring and controlling lime kiln process operations from the Central Control Room at Uma Lime Industry LLC (ICAD-3), Abu Dhabi, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient plant performance across all shifts. Key responsibilities include real-time surveillance of critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and combustion air ratios, with prompt corrective actions initiated upon any deviation from set operating limits.

Coordinate closely with field operators, maintenance teams, and shift supervisors to ensure safe execution of all plant activities in accordance with established operating procedures. Implement and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for routine and non-routine tasks including hot work, confined space entry, electrical isolation, and line breaking, ensuring full compliance before work commencement.

Actively participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, and near-miss reporting to support a proactive safety culture. Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and toolbox talks, reinforcing safe work practices and emergency response procedures among the operations team. Support incident investigation processes by providing accurate control room data and contributing to root cause analysis.

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company safety standards, and UAE regulatory requirements at all times. Monitor the functionality of safety-critical systems including emergency shutdown (ESD) systems, fire and gas detection panels, and alarm management systems. Maintain operational logs, shift handover records, and material movement tracking to ensure accurate documentation and traceability.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending corrective measures. Committed to achieving and maintaining zero-incident workplace standards through consistent application of Process Safety Management (PSM) principles, Management of Change (MOC) procedures, and COSHH awareness within the plant environment.
