Project Management responsibilities:
* Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
* Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
* Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder.
* Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.
* Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.
* Provide leadership to the team and enable team members to make informed decisions

Quality Team Leader responsibilities:
Responsible for managing quality team of 5 members, prepare testing plans, execute and follow up testing plans. Sometimes prepare the whole project plan ( development and testing).
Review requirements and design documents then extract, peer review and execute test cases.
Sometimes prepare business requirements documents and use cases.
Products support for implementation teams and some times for the customers themselves.
Issuing and monitoring corrective actions regarding quality
Energy and desire to deliver high-quality software on tight schedules
Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, an ability to engage and create trust in others to build and foster customer and team relationships
Ensure goals are set to allow staff to develop and grow within the organization
Provide leadership to the team and enable team members to make informed decisions

- Handle project deliverable quality, audit reviews, and project conformance
- Prepare requirements defect and project reliability reports
- Prepare and Review requirements and design documents
- Create, review, and update project test plan and test cases
- Prepare tractability matrix for requirements against test cases
- Execute test cases, test plans, and regression, automation, stress, and security testing
- Write product user manuals
- Ensure conformance to quality assurance processes within project
- Lead and support testing team of 3 members and external teams.
