Responsible for the periodic review, development and implementation of HR policy, procedures and HR initiatives of the company.
Provides recommendation and update to the management for the required improvement in the organizational structure, policy & procedures, occupational health, safety, environment, welfare and facilities as required by UAE Federal Law and compliance to ISO standards 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2015.
Ensure communication to all levels thru proper channels and language understood by the employees the updates & improvements for effective execution and cooperation required.
Manage Talent Acquisition from workforce planning, recruitment & selection process, hiring documentation and induction for proper engagement of the talent to the role.
Ensure updates, completeness and accuracy of details in HR Information System using Tally/ ERP system, MS Excel for Payroll and HR related reports & census.
Ensure Personal Employee Records are maintained, updated and secured thru supervision of HR & Admin Assistant in maintaining personal file records. Ensure complete records pertaining to personal & employment, compensation & benefits, salary change, leave details and other miscellaneous information relating to employment.
Supervise the PRO for work permit and residence visa accomplishments and processing of trade licenses, industrial certificates, memberships, completion certificate with Civil Defense and Municipality approval for waste management for general and hazardous wastes. Attend meetings with governmental offices in securing approvals as required.
Manage day to day Employee Relations and assist the company & employees in resolving grievances and concerns by adhering to fair and equal practice.
Responsible for Payroll Management by ensuring integrity of payroll details, timely process of salary, encryption & pay slips production thru ERP system. Liaise with the Finance Department for the timely release of payroll thru bank and exchange facility transfer.
Manage Compensation & Benefits in accordance with the company compensation structure, increment & bonus schemes, in-charge in the computation of End of Service to be paid to resigned, terminated & retired employees.
Lead periodic review of employee benefits scheme aiming to acquire competitive rates of products or services from suppliers or contractors such as insurance coverage, accommodation facility maintenance and occupational health monitoring for best coverage & service.
Manage Performance Management annually or as required by the company based on performance evaluation review utilizing management by objectives for training needs analysis, performance development and increment recommendation.
Conduct periodic review, development and implementation of change in the Job Description, Competence Matrix and Roles & Responsibilities and Legal Compliance related to employee welfare and management.
Represent HR & Admin Department during weekly management progress report and address all concerns for review, planning and implementation for continuous improvement and best practice.
Liaise with the Management Representative for QHSE Management System implementation of standards, controls, procedures, acceptable procedure as per ISO standards. Represent HR & Administration during Internal & External Audits.
Supervise the Camp Boss for the maintenance of the Labour Camp, implementation of policy, checking of logbooks and reports & feedback concerning the accommodation facilities and concerns.
Lead planning and execution of corporate events and programs as directed by the Management.
