- Requirement Understanding
o Interacting & Supporting Business Teams on various parameters and timelines of the hiring process and client deliveries (including for Bulk Recruitments).
- Sourcing & Candidate Evaluation
o Develop / implement creative ways to source candidates.
o Sourcing candidates using various methods like job portals, resume databases, headhunting, consultants, job postings, mail blasts, walk-ins, contacts, Social Networking Sites, etc.
o Vendor management - Interacting with the consultants with regards to sharing & explaining new job requirements. Reviewing the profiles sent & sharing updates.
- Manpower Planning
o Responsible for Manpower planning, forecasting, intelligence and head hunting including senior positions.

o Conducting HR Interviews for all Level of Positions.
o Doing the background check for the candidates from their current & previous companies before final submission.
- Managing Offers & Joining Formalities
o To negotiate & Make Offers to the candidates.
o Post offer follow ups and negotiations in terms of Date of Joining.
o Form filling, Employee ID creation, ID card & Appointment Letters co ordination & Handholding of New Joinee’s (Training, Briefing and Induction)
