WORK PROFILE:
- Requirement Understanding
o Interacting & Supporting Business Teams on various parameters and timelines of the hiring process and client deliveries (including for Bulk Recruitments).
- Sourcing & Candidate Evaluation
o Develop / implement creative ways to source candidates.
o Sourcing candidates using various methods like job portals, resume databases, headhunting, consultants, job postings, mail blasts, walk-ins, contacts, Social Networking Sites, etc.
o Vendor management - Interacting with the consultants with regards to sharing & explaining new job requirements. Reviewing the profiles sent & sharing updates.

- Manpower Planning
o Responsible for Manpower planning, forecasting, intelligence and head hunting including senior positions.
o Maintaining and Monitoring of database on the basis for immediate & future requirements.
- HR Interviews
o Conducting HR Interviews for all Level of Positions.
o Doing the background check for the candidates from their current & previous companies before final submission.
- Managing Offers & Joining Formalities
o To negotiate & Make Offers to the candidates.
o Post offer follow ups and negotiations in terms of Date of Joining.
o Form filling, Employee ID creation, ID card & Appointment Letters co ordination & Handholding of New Joinee’s (Training, Briefing and Induction)
-Exit Interview
Ensuring cordial separation through exit interview, coordination and settlement of account and retrial payments.
-Exit Interviews
-Full and Final settlement advices to Finance and payroll
-Relieving and separation formalities

- Confirmation Appraisal
o New Joinees Confirmation appraisal.

- Performance Appraisal
o Annual Performance appraisal of all the employees.

- MIS & Payroll
o Periodic Reports on Recruitment Stages and Supporting Business on P&L.
o Reports on Current Stages in Recruitment by every month.
o Global Data Warehousing Reports by every month.
o Payroll of Local Employees
o Monthly Reviewing Employee Data for Salary Processing.
- HR
o Involved in Designing HR Processes, Policies and implementing Information Systems.
o Policy Benchmarking
o Handle employee grievances.

- HRIS
o Attendance Management, Leave Management

- Statutory Compliance

o PF, PT & Gratuity
o Accountability to ensure all monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly reports submitted before the deadlines

- Employee Relations & Welfare

o Grievance handling, regular welfare and
o Wellness activities, health med claim, insurance & recreational activities

- Introduced yearly health check with stress assessment plan for all employees
- Site advocate for conducting the Employee Opinion Surveys, consolidating the feedback
given by the employees, analyze, prepare a full analytical slideshow and present in
front of the Management and create action plan for any improvements and strategic
decision making.

- Training & Development

- Identification of Training needs with the help of concerned Supervisory authority,
Preparation of Training Calendar and coordinating for the arrangements of Training
Programs in-house as well as from Outside Consultants.
