• Conduct a full Nutritional intervention and planning specific diets for different individuals.
• Describe a product's features and benefits.
• Respond promptly to customer issues and resolved problems through effective communication and decision-making skills.
• Educate clients about long-term health benefits of balanced diets and exercise programs.
• Follow up our social media pages (working on above points).
• Provide structured sales activity reports on a regular basis to the Sales director and keep him fully informed of all activities and opportunities.
• Designate the SOP’s and templates for ISO9001:2015 standard.
• Coordinate with other departments to develop all templates and designs for the standard.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure that the other departments stick to standards.
• Report non-conformity, observations, and areas for improvement in line with relevant protocol, then give feedback to appropriate staff on the results found.
• Supervise the implementation of the developed standards.
• Participate in setting a strategic objective to apply the quality system.
• Communicate and coordinate with the consultation company to ensure the process flow goes as planned.
• Review and approve the procedures and forms developed by other stakeholders in coordination with the Lead auditor.
• Ensure that quality measurements are taken, analyzed, communicated, and reported.
• Update quality control procedures and methods to meet compliance requirements.
• Manage and archive all the documentation and records required.
• Liaise with the HR manager to organize and perform quality standard training for new and existing employees.
