Overseeing employee work in front and back of house to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and food safety guidelines;
▪ Performing facility walk-throughs to assess cleanliness and preparedness at beginning and end of shifts;
▪ Completing restaurant opening and closing procedures;
▪ Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports detailing: sales trends and forecasts, inventory reports, statistical and financial records;
▪ Planning Menus and managing budget;

▪ Coordinating with Contractors on new and ongoing projects;

▪ Monitoring the palace and events operational budgets;

Communicating with other employees at the restaurant to learn about changes in reservations and orders;
▪ Hosting and seating of guests;

▪ Ensuring food orders are processed efficiently;
▪ Confirming beverage stock with bartenders; and

▪ Delegating tasks to staff and housekeeping employees.

Providing support to the attorneys in preparing, revising and finalizing legal documents;

▪ Preparing correspondence and legal papers such as summonses, complaints, motions, responses, and subpoenas under the supervision of attorneys or paralegals;
▪ Maintaining files and indexes;
▪ Keeping records of trial information, dates, pleas, convictions, acquittals, sentences and other depositions.
▪ Preparing calendars for the courts; and
▪ Managing and keeping records of the attorneys and consultants’ schedules.





Hostess
▪ Scheduling dining reservations for guests in advance and on arrival; ▪ Greeting guests and guiding them to their tables; and ▪ Monitoring the rotation of table reservations.
