1. I am working as a school head and given full charge of the school.
2. to prepares daily and long term lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines
3 My possible teaches English subject it all its spheres (reading, writing, speaking and listining)
4.to develop children's interest, abilities and coordination using creative activities such as art, music and sports
5. to develop and maintains good working habits and disipline in classrooms.
6.to supervise students during classes and at other times in the school day including in the play ground during breaks.
7. to carry out administrative duties

9. attend meetings and trainings
10.to organise sport activities and other co curricular activities in school.
11.i am also working as a secretary of School Management Committee and actively participates in its working to enhance the standard of education.
12. Discuss children's progress and relevant matter with parents and seniors.
13. Asses and evaluate students progress in written and oral.
14. organises counseling of students and parents.
15. grade the students and make reports based on performance
16. prepares time table which is student centered.
17.use computers to assist with lesson preparation, teaching, and reporting.
18. assign science assignments and projects to students and guides them.
19.carry out practicals and lays stress on creativity in all subjects
20. maintains discipline and conduct in school assembly and bring novel activities in accordance with children enthusiasm..
