• Arrange Business trip & Exit Re -Entry.

• Follow up on employee satisfaction survey• Review employee attendance sheet

• Issuing monthly overtime sheet and other related tasks.
Responsible for incoming & outgoing mails, maintain department files, prepare employees agreements, typing letters, prepare employees in and out weekly report. Review Manpower headcount, Recruitment Process, Prepare job offer, Work on customer relation management system.
Maintain the employees records are updated, Check time attendance sheet, vacation report and compare with draft payroll to ensure the final payroll are correct .
