-Joined the company on 1 March 1995 as administrative assistant to the Legal, Tax & Audit Department. Responsibilities covered all aspects of administrative duties required by the department.

-Appointed as a member of the audit team in 1998 and started performing specific audit assignments in addition to main administrative duties.

-In January 1999, was given full responsibility for the audit of personnel in the company. This involves auditing the contracts of employments, salaries, tax and social security contribution, indemnities etc. at the corporate office and used to travel annually with the audit team to Lebanon and Egypt, the largest two offices of the group, to perform the above duties.

-Promoted in January 2000 to the position of Executive Administrative officer for the department and assistant to the Head of Legal, Tax & Audit Department. Main duties in this position is to assist the Head of Department in his dealings with the legal and tax affairs of the group worldwide. The major achievement in this position was the conversion of all the manual data of the legal and tax records for the whole group into a computerised system.
