Duties:
Assisting the dean in preparing reports, presentations, and submissions.
Prepares reviews and refines progress reports in coordination with related managers; ensures that deadlines of projects’ completion are met and problems are immediately addressed, resolved and/or reported.
Establishing, maintaining, processing, and/or updating files, records, and electronic correspondence.
Drafting letters, announcements, memos, circulars, emails, and communicates with all internal and external parties as needed.
keeping the calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointments and meeting schedules; Diary management, planning, and organizing meetings.
Planning and organizing events and workshops.
Preparing and following up on all printed and electronic correspondence.
Assisting in the preparation of the documents of the college required for reaccrediting the programs of the college.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Duties:
• Coordinated with companies in regards to students’ internships.
• Maintained records of students’ internship details and companies providing the training.
• Coordinated with faculties regarding the students’ internship programs.
• Performed various operational, clerical, and/or administrative support tasks as assigned; served as a back-up support in the day-to-day coordination of internship activities as needed.
• Performed miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Receives and screens visitorsre and phone calls.
Recevies and tracks employment applications.
Types memos and letters as requested.
Enter new hire information in the human resource database.
Oversees the human resource database . ensure that system records are accurately recorded and checked.
Processes employment verification forms.
keep track of address changes, changes in job titles, benefits, and salaries. Tasks may vary depending on the size of the organization .
screen job applicants to obtain information such as education and work experience;
administer aptitude, personality, and interest tests;
explain the organization's employment policies and refer qualified applicants to the employing official;
request references from present or past employers of applicants;
inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection for employment;
