Responsible for translating business objectives into systems and/or procedural requirements, as well as being responsible for reviewing, evaluating, formulating and executing project plans, schedules and budgets, coordinated software design and development activities, and managed project closing as well as ensured project deliverables achieved within time, cost and scope.
As a social media Specialist, I was responsible to build a brand awareness on social media, support consumer engagement initiatives, execute ad strategy and social promotions, and lead the reporting efforts and trend monitoring to optimize performance and apply best practices. I managed the social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities by creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video and written) of relevant topics to reach the company's target customers.

Wrote complex programs for new projects as well as maintaining and supporting existing applications, translating business requirements into effective and efficient computer systems for small projects or a sub-system of a larger project. I was also responsible for completing the detail design phase of a project by preparing program specifications, including screen and report designs, report option requirements, input/output file descriptions and processing.

Handled the programming, testing, and supporting of migrating the Client's legacy system into the Courtview system. Developed data conversion scripts utilizing PL/SQL and Transact-SQL. Handled unit test conversion scripts, including a mock live conversion.
Performed system analysis, data mapping and business rule resolution with the client, as well as providing post implementation live support, pertaining to conversion issues.

During my last year in Eskadenia, I assumed the role of a product manager. I was responsible for the Interconnect Module where I performed the analysis and the design for the system’s screens using VISIO as well as creating triggers, tables and packages for the Oracle database using PL/SQL. I wrote the business documentation, trained the new developers to the company’s standards, conveyed the business rules to the team and monitored the completion of the tasks. Moreover, I developed product demos and performed presentations for potential customers interested in the Software.

As an Oracle senior developer, I analyzed and designed systems, created tables, triggers and packages with PL/SQL, migrated existing modules from Oracle 3 to Oracle 9i, implemented systems, followed up with the clients, and trained, assigned tasks and followed up with the developing team. During my time at CCS I was involved in multiple customized sub-systems for the Jordan Engineers Association, Agriculture Engineers Association and Jordan Telecommunication (JTC).
