Manage the airport shop assist desk at departure location for Delhi Duty Free. Assist passengers for generic airport related queries. Manage online and offline Personal Shopper service request with assisting the customers in shopping the products. Set specific customer service standards. Should develop basic knowledge on all categories.
*Check-in and Issuing boarding passes, checking documents, boarding the passengers of both Domestic/International.
*Issuing EMD .
*Checking all documents before check-in process.,
*Resolving the queries of the customers.

*Managing the passengers ques at the check-in counters.
* Selling the Airline product.
*Preparation of Excel sheets for the staff.
*Managing MS files.
* Managing the sales and correct data to be uploaded in Excel files.
