• Study the work order scope in detail.
• Perform site visits and coordinate with clients for mobilization
• Generate manpower and equipment requirements for timely processing of Plants Passes and stickers.
• Organize work in terms of the agreed schedule with client.
• Ensure all job activities are executed in line with specifications.
• Ensure timely invoicing & its follow up.
• Monitor the physical progress of execution in the view of contractual delivery date & project cost and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Take prior authorization from client regarding all additional works not included in the contract for change order processing.
• Any other related work assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Incorporate any change in drawing to be submitted as built.
• Analyze overall discipline wise progress and efficiency report, compare with the target budgets, and indicate where areas where improvements are require.
• Efficiently update activities in the overall Level - III plan.

• Study the scope of Work Orders. Organize Kick-off meetings & review Minutes of Meetings. Hold meetings with Clients discuss progress & take remedial actions.
• Look after various tasks of Planning & ensure compliance to client requirements & contract specifications.
• Sort out cost related issues of Projects. Monitor cost variance on basis of budgeted costs for different items or cost centers. Check the Project Resources Cost against allocation budget & initiate action if exceeds the budget.
• Coordinate with clients for additional jobs, changes, modifications, approval of alternate materials etc. Verify with concerned Projects team about any additional claims & advise clients accordingly.
• Forward Check list for invoices to Finance department to raise invoices as per the contract terms & conditions. Cross check final account prior to payment by client.
• Review Sub-contract agreements for specialized services prior to finalize.
• Organize compilation of final & comprehensive Project close out report
• Familiar with working and installation of electrical HV, MV, LV switch gear, transformer, UPS equipment’s & etc.
• Able to read/ interpret and communicate details of construction drawings and or technical specifications to Assist Supervisors.
• Study of project scope of work along with all specifications and drawings and prepare project execution methodology.
• Prepare plans & schedules for the execution of the projects & monitor the progress.
