Apart from managing all the responsibilities as an Office Manager in the Administration, I am also actively involved in supporting the Marketing Team of the company.
Designing & executing all the advertising and promotional activities targeted by the Management & Marketing Department.
Dealing with Offset & Digital Printers and executing ideas proficiently.
Actively involved in Print as well as Digital Media requirements for the company & for few of its sister concerned companies under IKK Group.
Design websites for companies under this group.
Apart from designing, I am also handling a section of Import & Export documentation & also deal with Customs Clearing Agencies & with few suppliers directly from various countries w.r.t. the above mentioned subject.
Also involved with IT / Network related issues within the office.
My role as a Design (Consultant) was to visualize and design concepts for the themes/ ideas that we generated for the various products that AICL delivers.
Being a specialized designer in Annual Report, I have handled over 50 annual reports and other various documents till date. To name a few my key assignments include Zee, ITNL, Balaji Telefilms, CEAT, J&K Bank Limited, Sterlite Industries, Tata Motors, Bombay Dyeing, Abbott India Limited, Monsanto India Limited and many others.

Handled the Pre-press requirements before releasing jobs to the CTP Department.
Leading a team of Print & Production Executives with minutely checking the design aesthetics along with printing guidelines.
Directly co-ordinating with the Marketing team, supporting them in executing their marketing plans perfectly and precisely.
Co-ordinating directly with clients, attending meeting and seminars, dealing with printers, paper dealers & execution of projects.
Actively involved with the Marketing team in proficiently executing the business strategies.
