Educational administration and school management:
▪ got them know how to be good and efficient school principals and directors
▪ gave them the chance to have a good scientific background by knowing the different theories behind Educational administration and the different types of leaders, so they can choose the appropriate type they can follow when they become school directors.
▪ Developed a project for increasing students' mental abilities using open - book tests and researches and group - work activities based on educational issues and phenomena.
Teaching Educational Supervision:
▪ Got students know how to supervise teachers efficiently when they become supervisors
▪ gave students the background needed to work in a scientific way in the field of Education stimulating them to think, express their opinions and choose the way they build their opinions by and helped to think creatively by giving them some current educational problems they can face during their job as supervisors and discussing the way they can solve these problems.
Teaching the Educational policy of Saudi Arabia :
▪ This included teaching different levels of aims, goals and objectives of Education and the way they are chosen and built and assessed.
▪ Teaching the History of the Saudi Arabian Educational Policy and its items and its influence on choosing the curricula, directors, teachers and students' duties.
Teaching Foundations of Education:
▪ teaching the philosophical, cultural, political and social foundations on which Education is built on so that students knew that Education is a arranged and prepared task built on foundations taken from the society it is in.
o Facilitated work-group activities while pupils work in projects of their own in schools by giving them the chance to choose what project they make, how to make it and the evaluation they can make to evaluate their project.
o Using the reflective method that depends on self-reflection to assess one's achievement and pupils' progress.
Teaching English as a Foreign Language
o Creating an excellent environment that stimulated pupils especially young learners to use English freely and naturally by putting pupils in daily life situations i.e., shopping and playing.
o Using problem - solving techniques that increased pupils mental abilities and made them incredibly flexible and creative when they face problems
o Established an international environment for pupils dealing with other pupils all over the world by making them participate in worldwide websites established for pupils in different countries.
