Feynan Ecolodge is an award-winning lodge managed by EcoHotels Co. As a project manager, directly reporting to managing director, I was responsible to manage all aspects of grants benefiting the lodge and Feynan local community. Successfully executed two projects funded by USAID- LENS program and MEDA JVL program to develop and update Feynan Ecolodge and local community’s assets, services, and teams’ skills. My role was to:

- Budget management and conduct all reports for the grants.
- Handle all asset procurement process.
- Manage all the trainings and capacity building sessions for Feynan Ecolodge and local community staff.
- Help identify, develop and promote new local community Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Feynan Area.
- Manage the existing and newly developed MSEs in Feynan Area.
- Develop systems to measure, track and report local community MSEs’ impact and benefit.

During my work at EcoHotels, I handled a small grant funded by GIZ which was awarded to both Jordan Birdwatch Association and to the Danish Refugees Council, and reported to the JBW Board. The project’s objective was to improve the green infrastructure in Wadi Gharaba area.

• Preparing an Environment Code of Conduct for workers.
• Participating in the procurement process for the required tools within the assigned budget.
