My responsibilities are to handle customer requests and answer customer inquiries about job progress, to generate and make appointments, to communicate directly with customers regarding job progress and their satisfaction, to do follow ups on daily bases, get feedback from customers, and inform them about latest service promotions and activities to maximize their satisfaction. I am well trained with Toyota’s business management system known as ( Toyota Way ) which has the best business management philosophy, and I have attended several trainings and workshops. Further responsibilities are to check and supervise quality of work and to advise service manager about how to improve quality of work . To manage and make record of customer data and their service history.
