Dealer / Channel Management
Formulate sales strategy for the Market, develop sales forecast, budget and manage his/her team; directs distributors and /or sales force to achieve sales targets; pursue major prospects and lead in major negotiations as well as recommend appropriate terms of sales.
Handled the Team of 4 Retail TSMs and 1BDM.
Provide guidance, review Kohler practices and procedures, and develop sales programs with the distributors’ team, their sub-dealers and their key buyers.
Instrumental in Opening 35 New Dealers across Karnataka. From 1 Dealer in 2010 to 36 Dealers in 2015.
Established the market for Kohler in Karnataka; that being a start-up company in India and setting up an exclusive Flagship store in Bangalore. Year on year growth of 32% in the market and exit figures of 360 Mn (INR) in 2015.
