• Supervising planning stag, Execution and closing, with all stakeholders, following up with project and ensuring no intruptions are happening.
• Monitoring yearly budget (350M aprox.), for network installation projects.
• Monitoring & Following up with all contractors progress and achievement .
• Scope analysis, GAPs closing, finding inconsistence and overdue forecast.
• Familiar with all telecommunication authorized application (ISOW, NFTS, NPTS, OPEES, PMCS)
• Conducting meetings with contractors and stakeholders, to discuss the progress and commitment fulfilling, also assigning new action/ tasks to align contractor target as per contractual agreements with STC.
• Creating and Mainting a complete log of issues and challenges that surfeses.
• Leadeing and supervising a team to meet certain targets and overcome challenges
• Network implementation (FTTH, MSAN, KA….).

• Assigned to the 110KV Protection Modification in Western Operation Area.
• Assigned to the Replacement of Relays project in Taif.
 Creating and initiating the plan for the project
 Maintaining a stable communication channel with all customers and vendors.
 Visiting the site to ensure safety & quality of project’s activity.
 Solve issues that surface during project completion.
 Ensure the alignment of the supply chain team along with the vendor to maintain constant channel of material delivery.
 Monitor and track progress of projects and highlight challenges to avoid in future projects.
 Conduct risk assessment pre-project initiation and present it to stakeholders.
 Create report in relation to the project on a (Daily, weekly, Monthly) manner.
 Budget monitoring and highlighting expenses.
