* Reconciliation of Quantities for all Items in BOQ, Preparation of Tender Price Breakdown
* Preparation of Progress Reports, Budget, Cost-to-Complete Statement and Cost Monitoring
* Obtaining sub contractor’s quotation, Preparing comparison & Selection of sub-contractor.
* Checking Subcontractor’s Invoices &Certifying Payments
* Preparing Inspection Requests.
* New Rates Built Up for Non Tendered Items, Rates Built Up for Variations & Additional Works
* Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs

correspondence.

* Recording and monitoring of all site activities and costs being expended on the project.
* Take off quantity material breakdown and forecast
* Maintain a schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations, etc…
* Prepare take offs from drawings and compare with site measurements.
* Preparation of Interim Valuations.
* Preparation of Sub Contractors payments and recording / monitoring of all site works.
* Preparation of Monthly Commercial reports in conjunction with PM and site team.
