• Ability to communicate professionally with customers with strong customer service skills.
• Assists in the assessment and preparation of facilities for installation of network components, including the assembly of cable and connectors, printers, modems, switches.
• Supported the integration of workstation peripheral hardware such as printers, modems, network cards, cables, telephone lines, etc.
• Provides technical services by assisting with problem resolution and coordinating problem-solving with staff.
• Support, maintain and upgrade, Call Center applications such as Verba, and full integration with Skype for Business.
• Monitors, evaluates and debugs network systems and coordinates technicians and follow up with training and new technologies with engineers and in house training Assists with Designs and implements or the installation of network systems.
• Familiar with backup and restore types
• Maintain, configure SAP with HEC Servers, and auto-login with SAP SingleSignOn Certificates.
