• Preparing insurance quotes, negotiating with Insurance companies for rate and terms, processing insurance policies & endorsements, following up renewals with clients and various insurance Companies.
• Processing client information to assess their insurance needs and Support sales team to convert the business.
• Advising/Guiding the clients making a claim, gathering information, maintaining up to date record of claims.
• Maintain the MIS reports like Production reports, Monthly and quarterly Reports, Sales activity report.
• Updating policy details in company software.
•Dealing with a corporate property account and assisting the client’s Insurance requirements on short time limits.
. Handling the sum insured changes, addition and deletion of stores and ensure the risk on monthly basis .
•Dealing with network of insurance companies and clients representatives in 19 countries.
•Claim handling on Corporate General Liability and Marine Hull Policies.
•Coordinating with the insurance companies for policy document, delivery of the policy, does the future follow ups and evolves the needs.
•Maintain the MIS Reports, Business Monitoring and Objective Reports.
Generate company reports and sales activity reports.•Proposal Login & documentation and updating policy details in company software.
•Ensure Premium collection and payment and follow up brokerage with insurance companies.
• Preparation of Management reports and dynamic Reports for the Sales Team.
• Compiles reviews and analyses management reports and Bonus statements and takes appropriate action.
• Issuing Birth Day Letter, Policy Document Letter, and creation of Customer Card for Clients
• Giving End User Support for the all the sales force and Unit Manager
• Customer support for Agency Manager’s Clients
• Formulate and monitor strategies for customer satisfaction which leads to renewals of policies.
