•Claim handling on Corporate General Liability and Marine Hull Policies.
•Coordinating with the insurance companies for policy document, delivery of the policy, does the future follow ups and evolves the needs.
•Maintain the MIS Reports, Business Monitoring and Objective Reports.
Generate company reports and sales activity reports.•Proposal Login & documentation and updating policy details in company software.
•Ensure Premium collection and payment and follow up brokerage with insurance companies.
• Preparation of Management reports and dynamic Reports for the Sales Team.
• Compiles reviews and analyses management reports and Bonus statements and takes appropriate action.
• Issuing Birth Day Letter, Policy Document Letter, and creation of Customer Card for Clients
• Giving End User Support for the all the sales force and Unit Manager
• Customer support for Agency Manager’s Clients
