Project Undertaken: - It’s a US Based Finance company.
*To implement changes on network data and security devices like routers, switches, Firewalls, Load balancer, Proxies etc as per the client requirement.
*To troubleshoot security related issues as well as data related issues also on day to day basis to ensure minimum downtime and maximum availability/connectivity of network within SLA parameters.
*Keep track of all change/network related issue and provide updates to all Stake Holders related to that.

Project Undertaken: Global Health Insurance and Health Service Company.
●We monitor the entire Network across the Globe through different Monitoring tools and keep a track of it.
●Analyze connectivity problems of Enterprise network and determine equipment faults, routing and configuration related issues and initiate measures for prompt rectification.
●Troubleshoot all network related issue to ensure minimum downtime and maximum availability / connectivity of network within SLA parameters.
●Keep track of all change/network related issue and provide updates to all Stake Holders related to that.
• Analyse connectivity problems of SME Customers and determine if the last miles, Customer Premise Equipment faults, routing and configuration related issues and initiate measures for prompt rectification.
• Provided Internet lease port, fixed lease line services and MPLS to the customers and provide end -to-end support to them.
• Troubleshoot all network related issue to ensure minimum downtime and maximum availability / connectivity of network within SLA parameters.
• Troubleshoot WAN links like Leased Line and MPLS links on Cisco, Juniper, Schmid, Mrotek Routers.
• To identify Backbone network congestion issues and co-ordinate with Network planning team to ensure timely capacity upgrades.
