Providing consultancy cervices to governmental entities in the feild of Project/ Program and PMO setup and management.

As Services Project Manager, I am accountable for strategizing and implementing assigned projects. I am also overseeing Microsoft Consulting Resources and Microsoft Partners subcontracted through MCS. My expertise in planning and defining scope of the project as well as performing activity planning and developing schedules as well as conducting time and cost estimation is what I enjoy the most. I am entrusted with the responsibility of devising a budget, conducting risk analysis as well as managing risks and issues in the most appropriate manner.
During this tenure, I contributed in successfully establishing PM standard complaint with standard operation procedures across operations.
