The Customer Engagement Team is at the forefront of driving growth at Yamsafer. Being people’s people, the members of the Customer Engagement Team turn leads into customers, and turn customers into brand evangelists. The team is quick to identify market opportunities and works alongside the Hotel Acquisition and Product Development teams to make them a reality.
I was in charge of many tasks such as: running the business and explore new opportunities, researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets, achieve the business strategic cost containment/reduction and customer satisfaction goals. I also had to handle problem solving issues and ensure all of them are solved within the permitted timeframe.
