➢ Coordinator and instructor for computer courses ( 2001 -2007)

o Plans training programmes for the entire staff.

o Management and organization of courses for staff of Greater Amman Municipality in Knowledge Stations and local community.
o Provide technical support to the Knowledge Stations .
o Management and organization of ICDL exams and Cambridge Diploma in the Knowledge Stations
o Management and organization of workshops and social activities in collaboration with multiple community organizations.
o Follow-up the training process in the stations through inspection visits.
o Build and comprehensive follow-up of relationships and communication channels within the department and with other departments.
o Implementation of all that is required of other tasks.

➢ Certified trainer in project centers promotes economic and social productivity of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation.
• Bachelor of applied computer science with a very good grade (80.1%) from Philadelphia University 2007.
• Diploma in programming and systems analysis from Arabic College 1994.
