o Develop and implement training programs for trainers in the knowledge stations to enhance the performance and service .
o Coordinate with Program Management Knowledge Stations (NITC) and Greater Amman Municipality
o Management and organization of courses for staff of Greater Amman Municipality in Knowledge Stations and local community.
o Provide technical support to the Knowledge Stations .
o Management and organization of ICDL exams and Cambridge Diploma in the Knowledge Stations
o Management and organization of workshops and social activities in collaboration with multiple community organizations.
o Follow-up the training process in the stations through inspection visits.
o Build and comprehensive follow-up of relationships and communication channels within the department and with other departments.
o Implementation of all that is required of other tasks.
