  Improve Customer needs & improve SE satisfaction whilst meeting the target and the objectives set for the Saudi Market.
 Responsible for the performance and development of the key account.
 Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
 Provide market & product feedback to senior management & contribute case studies support marketing efforts.
 Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
 Increasing Sales revenue & servicing existing accounts.
 Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
 Provide effective services to existing accounts to improve customer needs & improve service establishment satisfaction.
 Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
 Identify & analyzing key clients with their interests the business opportunity “community groups, industry or business associations”
 Meet the sales and revenue targets and the objectives set for the Saudi market.
 Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures to fulfill the territory sales plan
 Supervise train, evaluate & resolving team conflicts.
 Consolidate sales lead’s for sales members on a weekly & monthly basis.
 Assign service plan to the team members and ensure that servicing & signing are being executed as per the sales plan.
 Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
 Maintains contact with all clients in the market region to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
 Assists account executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
 Accomplishes sales & organization mission by completing related results as needed.
 Develop region annual collaborative business plans.
 Provide coaching & development of staff to enhance the sales.
