 Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures to fulfill the territory sales plan
 Supervise train, evaluate & resolving team conflicts.
 Consolidate sales lead’s for sales members on a weekly & monthly basis.
 Assign service plan to the team members and ensure that servicing & signing are being executed as per the sales plan.
 Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
 Maintains contact with all clients in the market region to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
 Assists account executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
 Accomplishes sales & organization mission by completing related results as needed.
 Develop region annual collaborative business plans.
 Provide coaching & development of staff to enhance the sales.
