• Determine the needs of the company regarding materials and supplies necessary for the safe operation against the project requirements.
• Research and meet with potential suppliers to compare products, prices, and lease terms, and make the best decision for the company.
• Negotiate sales agreements with selected vendors to get the best value, and periodically revisit and renegotiate contracts for the duration of the business relationship.
• Reviewed suppliers for quality, cost, and responsiveness, making changes where necessary to create a more streamlined process for the company.
• Utilized company procurement software to generate requests for quotes and purchase requisitions, as well as create and prepare reports based on material data
• Provided technical input and labor projections for production proposal efforts and material cost input for all proposal efforts
• Participated in ISO audits, resolved procurement and proposal PTRs, and implemented associated

• Supported the Assistant procurement Engineer throughout the vendor qualification process & material purchasing.

• Research feasible and standard suppliers from the market and seminars as per their value & quality in the market.
• Performing IMS internal Auditing based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
• Attending internal & external meetings related to project planning & implementation.
• Maintaining the procurement budget close to Project Budget by coordinating with the credit controller.
• Recording the supplier evaluation & performance chart as per the ISO criteria and taking actions if
necessary to improve the supply chain quality.
• Estimating & preparing commercial offers to the clients against given BOQ & Drawings.
• Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and labor involved.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
• Determine project specifications by studying product design, and customer requirements, completing technical studies and cost estimates.
• Discussing and solving complex problems with the fabrication department, suppliers, and customers.
• Performing Site visits if necessary to take the measurements & further clarification regarding the
project implementation & installation.
• Follow up with the clients regarding proposals & offers.

• Conducting several inspections such as Thickness Survey, Hydraulic Test, Load Test, Pressure Test, etc. under the Rule of Kerala Factories & Boilers and PESO.
• Certification of Inspected Items/Equipment in the Plants & Factories with respect to Rules &
Regulations of Kerala Factories & Boilers and PESO
• Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system
malfunctions, and provide technical information
• Solicit new business and provide technical customer service.
• Study industrial processes to determine where and how the application of equipment can be made.
• Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of
materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
• Getting Information Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates Providing information to supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Performed Weld Visual Checkup, NDT interpretation in RT, UT, MPT, VT & LPT (Under ASNDT) and prepare test reports.
• NDT Inspection activities related to vessels and piping during shutdown and maintenance.
• Review of Quality Control procedures / Method Statements of various disciplines and comment /
recommend for development, if required, to comply with the requirements of Codes and specifications.
• Review Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), and Procedure Qualification Records(PQR).
• Provide technical guidance to inspection & testing personnel regarding quality matters.
• Monitoring / Witnessing all the Welding, Fabrication & Erection related activities as per the client-approved Inspection & Test Plans/Quality Control procedures.
• Inspection of piping materials identification as per isometric drawings.
