•Before planning to check the materials availability of the every month whether its duty paid or not. (Forecasting the materials clearance).
•Getting indents form department and branches, According to the indent we will plan to dispatch the materials throughout India. To co-ordinate with EXIM dept., directly clearing the materials to branches from port on priority basis.
•To co-ordinate and arrange transportation for export stuffing and De-Stuffing in container freight stations to other countries.
•Negotiate with Transporters and arranging the Trucks, Trailers, Tempo for movement of materials at different locations all over India.
•Tracking the consignment till to reach our dealer end andVisiting vendor premises to check progress of orders & its expediting to get materials in time.
•To collecting the business proposal quotations with various vendors(Transporters & couriers).
•Floating inquiries to vendors, getting quotation, co-ordination with user dept for technical discussions.
