• Handle complete operations which include warehousing, supply chain management, procurement, inventory control, transportation, distribution and vendor relationship.
• Coordinate with the issues, receiving and inventory department for smooth flow operation.
• Administer essential material information from all other sources; accessing through inquires that includes; quantities required, allocated, requisitioned, on order and issued.
• Integrate information from purchasing, material take off, planning and fabrication to ensure material supply in sufficient quantity and timely.
• Provide full project inventory support and tracks all stock movements, simplifying reconciliation at the end of project. Follow up on Logistics co-ordination with Freight Forwarding, Customs & Port.
