Process, co-ordinate and investigate customer shipment claims or return requests by ensuring adherence to Company’s policies, procedures and programs.

Responsible for handling the entire portfolio of clients in order to process their investment products and provide timely resolution of service issues.

Assisting clients to open NRE, NRO and DMF accounts, book NRE/NRO/FCNR deposits and repatriation of account.
Initiate projects to improve service standards to NRI clientele & assist in the development of a customer service policy for the company
Investigate and report on technical issues & escalate operational issues to senior management.
Proactively develop measures to retain key customer accounts.
Identify fraudulent /forged documents or incorrect information and report to concerned team members for further investigation.
Prepare GRIP reports of the organization and handle files of Unit Heads essential from compliance point of view.
Update customer account details periodically
