Scope of work:
• To ensure quality & mechanical integrity of the project equipment to operate in a safe condition. Follow and implement company policies, procedures and plans, in order to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities:
• To plan, develop inspection scope for deferent type of equipment and run pipelines for all SABIC affiliate and non SABIC. Before project start-up
• Audit focal point for internal /external Audit for different ISO Management system and SABIC procedures.
• Review project commissioning dossiers relating to Ready for Startup (RFSU) for equipment with final signature. To ensure that all inspection items that have been highlighted during site inspection are closed and all the required work have been done as per the procedure. Implement the quality control intervention points on the inspection and test plans (surveillance, review, record, witness and/or hold).
• Punch closing focal point for PCQ-2 SADARA project
• QA / QC focal point to review and correct some of the inspection procedure to increase the quality of the work during the project.
• Conducting RBI ( Risk Based Inspection ) assessment for sabtank.
• Follow up with RBI ( Risk Based Inspection ) team on overdue Inspection tasks, inspection recommendations and other SSRP KPIs related to RBI
• I Build-up a new inspection quality control procedure, and work process flow chart for SABIC - SABTANK inspection division.
• Routine inspection job: Random inspection for Piping, Vessels, Tank, support and PSV to insure it is Accordance the constriction code and company specification.
• Leading RCA investigation team.
• Joint PHA studies with SABIC team for the entire corridor pipeline.
• Improve the Quality policy and direct the implementation of procedures.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures.
• Give technical support for other department as required like risk assessment.
• Hands-on experience in Performing Reliability Testing's like RCA, RBI and Vibration & Validation of new projects, while setting up individual & team goals also possess capability of managing & retaining of resources, under the management limits and instructions.
• Possess excellent communications skills and team oriented with proven leadership capabilities with proven ability to integrate out of the box thinking & problem solving analysis to improve processes, systems, and methodologies
• Write and establish guidelines and standards for any new quality inspection plan.
• Trained new employees according to standard operating procedures within the test engineering groups.
• I Build-up a new inspection quality control procedure, and work process flow chart for SABIC - SABTANK inspection division.
• Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits.
• Conduct Awareness session for the hoses program.

• Make saving of 122 Million SR regarding MEG, DEG, TEG Tank through best practice of insulation removal, and it was selected by MCE in 2015.
• Advanced external inspection for tow butane sphere tanks in lieo of internal inspection saving is 15 M SAR..
Achievements:
1- 122 Million SAR savings on MEG, DEG, and TEG Tanks all around SABIC regarding the issue of corrosion under insulation (CUI), the best practice was selected by MCE SABIC.
2- Leading tanks internal inspection and maintenance in sabtank. All equipment inspection completed as per 2014, 2015 plan.
3- devolved new 15 inspection procedure in order to enhance equipment integrity.
4- leading Corrosion loop and Piping circuits team to identify the missing equipment and develop corrective action plan.138% from the existing equipment was corrected in the system.
4- leading RCA investigation team.

Responsibilities:
1. Review final dossiers relating to Ready for Startup (RFSU) for equipment with final signature. To ensure that all inspection items that have been highlighted during site inspection are closed and all the required work have been done as per the procedure. 2. Responsible for radiological safety in conjunction with the use, handling, and storage of radioactive materials in a program licensed by the king abdullah city (KACST). It is the duty of the RSO to ensure that all licensed activities are carried out in compliance with the requirements of the license and the applicable rules and regulations

9. Involving in developing the API RBI (Risk Based Inspection) system in SATORP.
10. Interpreting and improving technical requirements for Saudi Aramco Total and contractors by reviewing standards and procedures.
11. Daily/weekly/monthly progress reporting & recording.
12. Provide technical support to the Maintenance Teams with regards to static pressure equipment maintenance, repairs, evaluations and modifications.

quality engineer for the repair and NDT activities during any plant shutdown.
Working with advanced NDT methodology including data collection, analysis and reporting of defects on equipment during in-service inspection and shutdown period.
Highly motivated and qualified in ECT, UT, RT, IRIS, PT, MT, hardiness test and Familiar with BORESCOPE machine& material analyzer equipment. “Hands-on” experience within the Oil & Gas, Nuclear and Petrochemical industries and refining. Working experience with major clients:
SABIC: PETROKEMYA, IBN SINA, IBN ZHR, SAFCO, KEMYA… .
