✓ Winner of "Tamayozi' award in 2009 & 2012 for sustainable practices & innovation in Landscape irrigation and Green roof, Green Wall concepts.
✓ Introduced the latest irrigation technology Green Mat resulting in 40% saving in water consumption.
✓ Introduced the concepts of Recycle Centres and Recycle Bins to minimize wastage.
Implemented 15 energy saving programs in the infra side.
Designed 25 roundabouts in the open areas infrastructure and improved aesthetics.

Responsibilities: ✓ Reported to Landscape Manager and managed a staff of 65.
✓ Oversaw landscaping for Jumeriah Properties covering Burj Al Arab, Jumeriah Beach Hotel, Bab Al Shams and other luxury properties.
✓ Major activities involved landscape, irrigation, fountain maintenance, MEP related works.
✓ Designed & executed soft landscaping projects for various executive villas viz. Knowledge Village, Dubai Media City, Internet City, Dubai Silicon Oasis, TECOM (152 villas) etc.
✓ Undertook several beautification projects viz. large scale transplantation of Date palms, Washingtonia palms, Queen palms; also planted various ornamental, exotic trees, shrubs, ground covers at several prestigious landmark sites in Dubai.
✓ Designed and installed irrigation systems for the entire landscape.
✓ Scheduled daily horticultural & landscaping jobs and allocated work assignments to staff.

✓ Successfully completed AED 5.8 million worth landscape constructions within 4 months.
✓ Managed the landscape maintenance of 8 prestigious Jumeirah properties; revenue from these maintenance activities was AED 10 million per annum.

✓ Scheduled and allocated landscaping jobs for each of the staff on daily basis.
✓ Grew and propagated various plants / plantations - ornamental shrubs, potted plants, flower beds, bio-fuel plantation, lawns, avenue trees, orchard etc.
✓ Responsible for nursery and plantation maintenance; prepared technical protocols for various bio-fuel plantations.
✓ Resolved staff problems relating to production technology and equipment operations; conducted landscape equipment / machinery trainings and workshops.
✓ Oversaw repair and periodic maintenance of equipment, and acquired spares; ensured safety and quality standards were adhered to while operating equipments and machinery.
✓ Generated sales of pants / crops / seeds through nursery, plantation crops, orchard, floriculture and organic farming.
✓ Assisted companies involved in bio-energy plantation programme like the NGPL, RGPL.
✓ Developed new orchards viz. - Mango, Sapota, Jack fruit & value added vegetables' nursery.

Achievement
✓ Trained 15 staff for nursery plant propagation, 25 staff for machinery usage, and made 10 landscape presentations to ICRISAT management.
✓ Successfully raised 100, 000 healthy saplings in nursery-ornamental, fruit and flowering.
✓ Commissioned equipment and machinery - 8 ride-on mowers, 2 reel mowers, 2 chopping tractors.
✓ Grew and distributed 200, 000 biofuel plantations.
✓ As part of beautification and aesthetics developed 2 parks for company and in-house parties, one mini-golf course with driving range and a large Gazebo.
✓ Developed bio-fuels plantations of size 100, 000 acres in watershed areas
