I devised different security systems and Flying Audit Wing to visit site anonymously and systematic reconciliation systems to avoid frauds at time which gave us reputation in public market. I formed training sessions for back up staff members, which made easier replacement

As a Treasury Manager I elaborated the business plan for increasing the profitability of our general as well as treasury operations by diversifying our activities and better selecting our risks

As the senior authority to approve Investments / Loans, new portfolio management and Investment policies are made and standardized
New treasury policies and Business Promotion team were made to keep online correspondence with Banks/Corporate Companies/NGOs, which gave us the first place in treasury market and brought a huge profit to our bank

A new salary structure was organized which created a better satisfaction to staff members with the management.

I led an IT project ( DELTA Bank Software) for our bank with the budget of USD 200, 000 which completed by Dec 2002.

Preparation of Online Balance Sheet Program in addition to our normal balance sheet is made as per the norms of Reserve Bank of Rwanda which gives accurate data to management
