As a Business Analysis employed in the visual media entertainment industry, my duties included the below:
•Working with business users to provide high quality end-to-end business analysis, process (re)design and documentation for multiple departments for organisation-wide projects.
•Supporting business transformation activities involving any combination of processes, people or systems.
•Supporting business case development to obtain approval for change requests.
•Planning and delivering business analysis, testing and change management activities in line with the overall project requirements.
•Leading technical delivery for projects as assigned by the Project Manager. Projects include integration of internal and external product offerings, end-to-end evaluation of internal systems to ensure compliancy (and application of changes where necessary) with new GCC laws, design for a ground-up ERP system to replace a legacy model, integration of digital payment channels into customer-facing platforms, analysis and design of CRM module to enhance functionality portfolio.
•Participating in projects to enhance business offerings using modern technologies such as Azure.
•Carrying out risk assessments against benefits in the context of a strategic plan when evaluating information and making decisions.
•Supporting the integration between external vendors and internal systems to allow for the development of fully integrated solutions.
•Collaborating with stakeholders to undertake solution-driven tasks to enhance products.
•Supporting IT via facilitation of reviews and walkthroughs to clarify proposed designs.
•Assisting with prioritization activities to ensure weekly sprints include critical changes.

• Performing UAT (user acceptance testing) and functional testing on newly developed and enhanced products.
• Supporting the line manager in work design, obtain project sign-off or present findings to senior management.
• Leadership of the operational support team for the handling of system queries and development requests.
