Work in coal mining, one of the biggest company in the Indonesia ( coal mining sector PT.Sumbermitrajaya). My role is repair and maintenance including logistics manager. I handle both the department.
Preventive maintenance, planing, schedule PM service, breakdown maintenance, daily activity report submit to HO. Monitoring Mo( mechanical order list), PR( purchase request).check the parts availability in the logistics store, if not available order parts to vendor.
Maintain the record both rm and logistics report.
In the SAP system and also manual system.
Monthly report submit HO. Camparision SAP system vs manual. Any dispute reconsile with the logistics and rm department and solve the issue.
Stock taking every end of the month. Fisik vs SAP system( oil, solar, tyres).
Monitoring outside repair work.
Every month submit consumable budget to HO.
From rm side budget also submit every month. And evaluation end of the month. Plan vs actual.
