As a senior of the team i have to lead a group of 7 safety proffesions to ensure all the site activities were safely executed. I used to make Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment(HIRA), Job Safety Analysis(JSA) and other safety related documents and implement in the site. whenever a new labour joins we have to check the medical documents and will give safety induction for them before they enter the site. we have to comply with the legal safety requirements. Daily regular inspection at the site and report to the site manager regarding the safety issues. Regular inspection of the Tools, tackles, lifting materials, harness, etc.
Conduct Toolbox meeting daily before the start of the work and checking the PPE's.
