-Complying with the GMP, and international standards.
-Supervision of Civil maintenance, fabrication and welding works of building utilities. -Coordinate properly the maintenance activities, work requests and in-house projects with department managers, engineers and supervisors to minimize production downtime.
-Dealing with outsource suppliers.
-Ensure that all works involved are carried out successfully taking into consideration the cost, standard, company policy and completed within period.
-Implementing the occupational health and safety measures and rules.

-Supervision of the structural steelworks associated with overground and underground stations.
-Coordinating with subcontractor regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work. -Reviewing the progress at all times, monitoring the materials incorporated in the work, the materials stored at the site, manpower and equipment.
-Work with the HSE officer to monitor the safety arrangements and respond promptly to any safety concerns.

- Work closely with customers to understand their organizational pain points and effectively link product/service features and benefits to the customer’s needs to promote sales.
- Continuously review industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Review shop drawings.
- Supervision of steel erection and other civil works.
- Coordinate the handing over of completed works to client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
- Organize, draft, and coordinate technical documents.
